If you look at the market statistics for May sales, you can see that homes sold, on average, over 100% of the list price in every category we track with the exception of one for the second month in a row.

PREPARATION is the key to success in any venture.  We pride ourselves in helping our clients, both buyers and sellers, to prepare for any property transaction.  For sellers that includes advice on how to make their property the best it can be to get the highest price.  For buyers we help them obtain pre approval with an expert lender and advise them on appropriate locations and comparable values of properties they are considering.  Trying to sell or buy a home without proper preparation is like trying to build a home with a plan—you may have the vision of your dream home but it will not become a reality with a detailed plan by an experienced professional.  We are the architects of a successful real estate transaction.

It’s that time of year, Summer  is upon us. It is time to relax, refresh, enjoy family, friends and good weather.  It is also a time when many people move as school is out and Summer vacation begins. Our market continues to be HOT, HOT, HOT! just like the Summer weather (in other locations outside San Francisco). For the second month in a row, market statistics show that homes, on average, sold for over 100% of the list price in every category we track with the exception of one.

PREPARATION is the key:

For sellers- We offer specific advice on how to best prepare your property prior to going on the market resulting in the highest sales price.  This includes, suggestions and referrals for de-cluttering, stagers, lighting, landscaping etc… We will prepare and provide a first rate marketing strategy specifically designed to maximize exposure for your property.

For Buyers- We will assist with obtain pre approval with an expert lender.  We advise on appropriate locations and amenities.  We provide in depth research and market data reflecting pertinent comparable values of properties you are considering.  We will listen to your needs, expertly negotiate on your behalf… resulting in the best value and a winning offer. We will  oversee the closing process and guide you through the entire process.
